Phase I -Analysis Process

To accomplish this, BTS applies a proven Analysis Process to identify our clients' management priorities, outline their key business processes and establish a baseline for their future IT initiatives.

BTS's IT assessments and initiatives are executed in a comparable manner to independent financial audits, providing observations and opinions on the operation of the systems in light of generally accepted industry practices and standards. The deliverable from an Analysis is a Report of Findings and Recommendations, which can include inventories of hardware and software configurations, topology assessments and resource utilization reports. The Report addresses any problems and or standards violations, and provides an overview of the requirements needed to meet the clients' management priorities and organizational objectives.

Phase II - Design Process
Proven technology, realistic performance requirements and well-established standards drive efficient and effective system design.

The competitive hardware and software markets can sometimes cause vendors to promote system designs that are limited to the companies that they represent. In contrast, BTS achieves vendor independence, by focusing on maintaining industry-leading knowledge of available technologies while avoiding vendor affiliations that could influence our recommendations. Phase III - Implementation Process
Successfully integrating technologies from multiple vendors into a functional IT Infrastructure requires very specific skill sets along with responsibility and accountability.

In addition, integrating technologies from multiple vendors can create confusion regarding responsibility and accountability. When managing multiple vendor installations, BTS evaluates the functionality and compatibility of all hardware, software, and service components and then coordinates with vendors to resolve potential complications. BTS assumes full responsibility and accountability for the performance of systems that we design and implement. That way if problems arise - one call can resolve it all in the most efficient and expeditious manner.
